What this page covers
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on the annoratech.cz website, what they are for and how you give, change or withdraw your consent to them.
What are cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Other browser storage, such as local storage, works in a similar way. They allow a website to remember information about your visit.
By purpose, the following groups are usually distinguished:
- necessary (technical) cookies ensure that the website works correctly and securely, and cannot be switched off;
- functional cookies enable additional features, such as sharing content on social networks;
- preference and statistical cookies help us understand how visitors use the website;
- marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites and to target advertising.
Which cookies we use
Necessary technical storage
We use a single item without which the website could not respect your choice. It is stored in your browser’s local storage, is not sent to our server and contains nothing by which we could identify you. We do not need consent for it, as it serves solely to apply the setting you have requested.
- annora-cookie-consent — expires after 12 months — accessible only to your browser — stores your answer to the consent banner and the date you gave it.
Preference and statistical (traffic measurement)
We measure traffic only when you give us your consent in the banner. At the moment we do not run any analytics tool on the website, so not a single third-party script is loaded. Once we switch measurement on, we will add the name of the tool, its provider, the expiry period and a description here, and it will only start after you give your consent.
Functional and marketing
We do not use functional or marketing cookies. We do not pass data about you to advertising networks and we do not track you across other websites.
How to give, change or withdraw your consent
On your first visit you will see a banner in which you can accept or decline measurement. Both options are equally easy to reach. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer; once you open it, the banner appears again.
Withdrawal of consent applies to the future and does not affect processing that took place before.
How to manage cookies in your browser
You can also restrict the storing of cookies and other data directly in your browser, usually in the privacy settings. If you block storage, the website will keep working; it just will not remember your choice and the banner will appear on every visit.
