This page sets out the rules under which you may use the annoratech.cz website, what you will find on it and what you cannot expect from us. By using the website you accept these rules.

What the website is for

The website provides information about our services and products, that is, property management and the Per Rollam and Res Mea software. The information on it, in particular prices and the scope of packages, is for information only and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract within the meaning of Section 1732(2) of the Civil Code. We always agree the specific terms of cooperation individually and in writing.

What you may do with the content of the website

The content of the website, in particular texts, graphics, photographs, page layout, trademarks and logos, is protected by copyright and other legislation. You may view, print and save it for your own use. You may not copy, distribute or otherwise use it beyond that without our prior written consent.

Third-party logos and designations remain the property of their owners. We show them only to describe the tools our solutions connect with, or to identify partners and clients.

How to use the contact form

The form is intended for enquiries and questions about our services. You undertake to provide truthful information in it and not to use it to send commercial communications, harmful content or for any other misuse. We may delete messages that break these rules without replying.

Links to third-party websites

The website contains links to sites we do not operate, for example to the Per Rollam application or to partners’ websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or the processing of data on them, and we recommend that you read their own terms.

What we are not responsible for

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee its uninterrupted operation or that all information is free of errors. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or from the inability to use it, unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Governing law and changes to the terms

These terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We may change their wording; the current version is always on this page. This version is effective from 19 September 2026.
