• Maintaining the register of residential and commercial unit owners and other persons.
• Setting payment schedules for services connected with the use of units and for cost contributions, and checking that they are met.
• Preparing the annual settlement of advances for the management of the building and land and for administrative activities, within the statutory deadline.
• Keeping the accounts in line with the Accounting Act, the Income Tax Act and related regulations.
• Preparing the annual financial statements.

Covers inspections and statutory reviews of the building, fixing defects, keeping documentation and handling emergencies.

• Regular visual inspections of the building, including minor repairs on the spot.
• Arranging the operational reviews, checks, tests and inspections required by law, and making sure any defects found are put right.
• Maintaining the technical documentation of the building.
• Arranging emergency call-out services and coordinating the response when something breaks.

Acting as chairperson means representing the association, running its day-to-day business and deciding on the management of the building.

• Acting as the statutory body with everything that entails (chair of the committee or chair of the owners association).
• Representing the association in all matters.
• Running and organising the day-to-day business of the owners association.
• Deciding on matters connected with the management of the building and land, except where the law, the articles or a decision of the general meeting reserve them.
